The Isle Of Wight Festival app was downloaded 11,000 times in just the first day of its 2016 event, with over 17,000 users downloading it over the whole weekend.
The white label SecondScreen app offered users exclusive backstage photos, video and news. The technology allows clients to incorporate everything from photo and video sharing, to ticket and merchandising purchase through to custom line-ups and tour dates with independent newsfeeds for optimum content sharing.
London start-up SecondScreen, founded by 22-year-old Niall Green and music agent Solomon Parker, has also worked with the likes of Sound City and Anastacia. Each app is bespoke and custom-built.
