Apps, Trackers & Happiness
At Second Screen, we are deeply committed to helping people. While music and the entertainment media certainly play their part, we also engage in projects which directly benefit the health of its users. Our work with Meg Mathews on a dedicated Menopause app allows women to track their menopausal symptoms, learn how to alleviate them, and help one another through the process. Second Screen are also developing a mood tracking app intended to encourage people to check in with themselves on a day-to-day basis; a weekly cultural edit will use the power of art and activity to elevate our users’ mental health.
Meg Mathews, menopause advocate and founder of MegsMenopause.com is thrilled to announce the launch of her new app to help women navigate the menopause.
It’s good to check in with yourself on a daily basis, and CLARITY helps you to do just that with its mood tracker. Understand and accept the changes in your mood by checking in, then elevate it by tapping into a weekly cultural edit to stay inspired and busy.
